Work with public Snapchat links
Start with a public clip
Open the Snapchat video you want to check. Public Spotlight media differs from private Snaps and chat messages.
Copy the clip share link
Use the individual video address. A profile or general Spotlight feed may lead to several clips rather than one specific upload.
Check the returned preview
Compare the creator and clip with the source you opened. A shared link may no longer lead to the video you remember.
Private Snaps are not supported
This page does not retrieve private messages or bypass limited-audience Stories. Use only content you are allowed to access and save.
Availability can change
A public clip can be removed or become inaccessible. An old share link does not guarantee that its video still exists.
Check your Snapchat URL
Paste the link above and select Check video. If a result appears, review the preview before downloading.
Play the file after saving
Confirm that the returned video opens on your device and includes the expected sound. In-app presentation may differ from a media file.
When the link opens only in the app
The service may not be able to access the same media. Recopy the public clip link rather than submitting a profile address.
Privacy, rights and responsible use
Use DL VdZip only for content you are allowed to access and save. Public availability is not the same as permission to redistribute, modify or monetise a creator’s work. Follow the platform’s terms, copyright rules and relevant privacy expectations. Be especially considerate when a video includes people who are not public figures or shows personal information. For reuse, request permission and retain source attribution whenever appropriate.

Your browser controls where the file is saved. Check the downloads list or file manager if it does not appear in the gallery.
