Open the individual Dailymotion video and copy its address. A channel homepage or playlist does not select one recording.
Check a video embedded elsewhere
If you found the clip on another website, open its Dailymotion source where available and confirm it is the same video.
Compare the title and duration
For interviews or longer programmes, make sure you chose the full recording rather than a trailer or excerpt.
Availability restrictions still apply
Publisher settings, age limits or regional restrictions can affect access. This tool does not bypass those restrictions.
Use completed on-demand media
A live broadcast may not exist as a complete downloadable file. This page does not promise live-stream recording.
Check the watch-page URL
Paste the video link and select Check video. Review the returned preview before starting the download.
Leave room for longer files
Long recordings can require more storage. Check the saved file and play the sections you need after the download finishes.
Try the full URL if a short link fails
Open a dai.ly link to reach the video, then copy the current watch-page address and retry if the video remains accessible.
