From a Reel link to a saved video
Open the Reel you want
Start with the individual Reel in Instagram. Copy its share link rather than the address of the profile where you found it.
Avoid audio and discovery links
An audio page can list many Reels, and a discovery feed changes as you browse. Neither specifies the single clip you want to save.
Confirm the correct version
Creators may publish several edits of the same Reel. Compare the preview with the original so you do not save a different cut.
Respect the Reel audience
Private and limited-audience Reels are not unlocked by this tool. If access is restricted, use the sharing options provided by the creator.
Check a link from a message
A shared address may open Instagram before reaching the Reel. If processing fails, open the clip itself and copy a fresh link.
Process your Reel link
Paste the URL above and select Check video. Wait for the result, review the clip and then use Download video.
Listen to the downloaded clip
Play the file after saving to check its sound as well as its picture. The downloaded media may differ from the complete in-app presentation.
When a Reel disappears
A removed Reel or changed audience can make an older link unusable. Repeated submissions will not restore an unavailable source.
Privacy, rights and responsible use
Use DL VdZip only for content you are allowed to access and save. Public availability is not the same as permission to redistribute, modify or monetise a creator’s work. Follow the platform’s terms, copyright rules and relevant privacy expectations. Be especially considerate when a video includes people who are not public figures or shows personal information. For reuse, request permission and retain source attribution whenever appropriate.
Find the saved Reel
Look in your browser downloads or device file manager. The final save location depends on your browser settings.
