Open the Instagram post containing the video and copy its share link. Paste the full address into the box above.
Check the post contains a video
A photo, profile or hashtag page will not identify the clip you want. For a mixed carousel, check which item contains the video.
Find the original upload
If you found the clip in a shared message or preview, open the original post first. Confirm the creator and video before copying its URL.
Keep account access on Instagram
This form only needs a video link. It does not ask for your Instagram password or provide access to private accounts.
A public post can still be unavailable
Instagram may show a post in its app without making its media accessible to the downloader. A visible preview does not guarantee a downloadable file.
Check the link, then save
Paste the post URL and select Check video. If a result appears, review the preview before using the download button.
Review the saved file
Open the download on your device and check its picture and sound. The source determines the media available; a quality label alone does not verify the file resolution.
Try a fresh post URL
If a shared link fails, return to the original post and copy its current address. Check that the post still opens before trying again.
Privacy, rights and responsible use
Use DL VdZip only for content you are allowed to access and save. Public availability is not the same as permission to redistribute, modify or monetise a creator’s work. Follow the platform’s terms, copyright rules and relevant privacy expectations. Be especially considerate when a video includes people who are not public figures or shows personal information. For reuse, request permission and retain source attribution whenever appropriate.
